Mark Heller, Chef/Owner of Cuisine Voilà, has been a personal chef for over seven years. He comes from a “cooking family” (Heller’s Colonial Dining Room, West Philadelphia, in the 1950s). He received his personal chef training through the United States Personal Chef Association (2002), and has a diploma in culinary arts from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City (February 2007).
A long time cook, Chef Mark worked as a psychiatric social worker for many years before deciding to put his cooking and caring skills to use as a parsonal chef. Mark brings the best of both worlds to his chef service specializing in listening carefully to each client's needs and designing the perfect service to fit those needs.
Chef Mark also is particularly comfortable with clients who have special needs such as the elderly, new moms, or people coming out of the hospital. Of course, every client has "special needs" and chef Mark makes every attempt to fulfill them!
