Cuisine Voila! Events
This is the catering arm of Cuisine Voila! In these services we can provide you and your family a full range of possibilities for all you events such as weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs,
graduations, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays and any other event you can think of. Chef Mark and his staff will work with you to design the event you are dreaming of and work with you and outside providers to bring your ideas to fruition.
Also speak with us about dinner parties, large and small, menu planning or side dish preparation for your next holiday meal. We have a variety of formats to make your next affair wonderful.
Cuisine Voila! We are a full service personal
chef service, able to meet a wide variety
of your food needs, from filling your
refrigerator or freezer on a weekly,
biweekly or monthly basis, to providing
events from small dinner parties to
large weddings, and bar and bat mitzvahs,
and other special occasions.
In the personal chef service Chef Mark
"cooks ahead" for you. In one day of cooking, he
will prepare multiple entrees in multiple servings and package them for the refrigerator and freezer. All meals are made from scratch in your own kitchen, from menus customized exactly for you. Chef Mark will sweep into your kitchen on your appointed cookdate with all his own pots and pans, and all the groceries for your meals and proceed to make your home smell wonderful with the dishes you will be eating. Chef Mark will have previously conducted an in-depth interview with you and your fanily and determined exactly what you love and exactly what you never want to see. That way, you know your meals will be completely to your taste.
